Installing Co-pilot

Hi can anyone please tell me if there's anyway of installing co-pilot on a a780 that has'nt already had it on, any help would be greatly appreciated

You could either flash to the latest 74 version or you could possible copy the copilot to your phone and manually make the InstalledDB entries. You would also need to copy the copilot map directory to your transflash. I would suggest the reflash of your phone.

But is that worth if your phone do not have GPS module?

No. If your phone doesn't have GPS then I wouldn't worry about CoPilot. However, I would flash your phone to the latest firmware. There are many bug fixes as well as enhancements that the newer firmware gives you.
