If the bootloader does not function, you're going to have a rough time flashing it. Flashkit could conceivably flash the bootloader, if you modify rwflash.c to make the bootloader portion of flash writable, but the phone needs to boot. If a proper firmware file could be created from an image of somebody elses' bootloader, you could flash it with PST, but the phone would need to start in bootloader mode, at least.
What exactly is wrong, and why do you think it's the bootloader?
