You can find new housings on ebay. There are even black ones.

I was tempted to try one, but my old one is still ok. Not a beauty any more but functional. And I was reading about housings that do not fit as well as the original ones do.

Thats what I read as well: The non original housing do not fit very good. OK, the price ist not very high with 15-20 Euro, so I could try it. If there was a shop for a genuine Motorola housing I would prefer it.

My housing is OK too, but it isnt a beauty anymore. So I thought about a new one. Perhaps the old housing can be laquered/painted. I will report. If I order in Hong KOng I will contact you Swifti.
