As of now i got them files (thanx to Neostream !),
can i ask to recap correct procedure ?

I now have 74 AP 41 BP German GCOS.

I have to flash it back to .50. chinese, then steps 1-3, then 74 ??
This will avoid RSA checking ?

I believe the steps I wrote earlier were flash transition, 50, then 74. I actually flashed transition, 74 and then realized that my BP didn't upgrade so I upgraded 50.AHP then back to 74.

absolutely useless...

step1 gone thru, step2 failed almost immidiately,
i booted, saw exclamation marks instead of icons, thought all ok,
step3 failed immidiately, after this phone refused to flash anymore.
i rebooted (it powered on), flashed .50.ahp ok, then flashed .74. with fail at 94% as usual with message in log 'this superfile is secure, phone is not'.

I am back to square 1... ap 74 bp 41, corrupted boot logo (corrected with flashkit).

Any thoughts ?

What the hell is wrong with ap 74 and bp 41? That is what I am currently on. Are you looking for something newer than that?

sure ! cos 41 bp is ooold and without GPS support.
41 bp is from chinese .50. superfile.
74 superfile have much fresher BP.

I don't believe anyone has figured out how to flash 74 bp since Motorola made it secure.

Whats the point in .61. then ????? You can flash 74 easyly on any version, but bp will still be 41

I don't believe you can flash 74 over an older (<39?) firmware but I can't remember because it's been so long.

again, what need in 61 then ???
and post on CCMOVE (original) says something about 'Secure interface'
