    If you installed successful the modem driver it should work.
    The only difference is that vista doesn't support MS-Chap v1 and SPAP. But the most provider use PAP or CHAP.
    The configuration is similar you need to place the APN where it says provider in the extra initialization commands from modem and make a proper dial up connection.
