Did you have any files that located in

/mmc/mmca1/copilot and
/diska/.system/copilotdata

I saw it in Data.cfg.

Theses files are created when the first launch of copilot (/diska/.system/copilotdata) and during the instal of map (/mmc/mmca1/copilot ).

My a780 does not come with gps. so this copilot startup script need a little modified before run. becoz it cannot install in to preload folder.

i 'll tell about result of it.

it can start only splash screen and shutdown . I don't know coz my phone doesn't have GPS or map.

is there any way to install this copilot software on a A780?
A friend of mine has buyed an A780 with has GPS but no Copilot (weird). It has buyed it directly from other guy. The other guy claims that the phone is GPS enabled but that he removed the Copilot software (also weird).
I suspect that might be an asian a780

While i don't know if the phone has gps or not... is there any way to install this Copilot for A780 that you have linked?
Can it be installed?

I have a a780 as well. I used CoPilot for a time, but now its damaged. First it gave a message 'Can't Find Grid directory'.
I tried to repair the program by deleting the directories on my sd-card and in the phone, but now it doesn't work any better. The program does not reinstall the directories.
Can anybody help me with this problem?
