transflash passwort lost

my phone got repaired because my gps died and to do this they replaced the motherboard and put a fresh install of the software on there.

before i turned in the phone i had put a password on my mmc card but now i can't unlock it anymore...

it keeps telling me that the password is wrong but i'm 100% sure i tried the correct password several times since it's the same as my sim card password.

probably the new software generated a new keypair so i'm screwed but maybe one of you guys has an idea still..?
