"CC Busy" ERROR- But what does it mean ?

Hello.

It's my first problem with this moto but I can't find informations how to solve it...
If I try to use (dial via phone) some express codes like

*101#

(to check my prepaid account), phone opens a window with words "CC BUSY" and only ok button.
What does it mean ? I tried master restet, master clear but problem still appears
It was working good a thew weeks a go.
What to do? I don't want to flash my phone if it's possible.

this is due to your service provider busy to give bill status i.e. system message.

Maybe... But when i try a thew seconds later with my SIM in another phone everything looks like it should...
And when i try different carrier card in my phone it ends with the same error

In the worser case, i'll send my a780 to flash (still under warranty )
