I won't be able to answer, but in the interest of friendly advice I might suggest you tell us a bit more about what you're trying!

Did you get the SIP app from the flex stickied in this forum?
Where do your probelms start - does SIP app open, can't login, etc?
What sip servers are you using (i.e who provides you the service)
What network are you on, are you sure they support SIP protocols (I don't know if any networks _can_ even block certain protocols, but it would seem possible)

That sort of information could be really helpful to someone who knows more than I do about it
