Question to german A780 users

Are A780 sim-locked when sold with new contract or contract prolongation? Do they have a choice of interface language?

They only have english and chinese languages, dont know about the rest.

Sim-lock presence on contract phones is much more important question for me. Does anybody have simlock on his european/german A780?

Sim-lock is usually used with prepaid cards because of he cheap prices of the phones...

I bought one with a contract and it is not locked.
