    Default screen calibration

    Help!
    I cannot calibrate my screen!!!
    if i tap the bottom part it taps in the middle of the screen, so i can't run calibration as i cant insert code for master reset...
    I've tryied to flash 3 different firmware but nothing changed...
    The phone is new, was working great 2 hours ago...
    What hav I to do???

    Please help me!

    This happens when you buy an asian phone. And upgrade... happened to me too. Try flashing to a diferent firmware the one that comes without the Voicedial. this will fix the problem.

    i have read somewhere here that it is possible to flash an asian A780 with european firmware successfuly.

    I falshed asian version with voice command, but same problem...

    don't you think it can be a probel with the driver who control the touchscreen that has benn bad flashed ?

    any idea about that?

    There is a possibility it is a hardware problem, you can try to boot one of the openezx kernels www.openezx.org (it will take some time to setup userspace of transsflash anyway) and see if with that driver the touchscreen works. If not I would suspect the hardware problem.

    A short howto can be found here:

    You can use this kernel image:

    And this rootfs:
    http://www.angstrom-distribution.org....rootfs.tar.gz

    this rootfs have to be extracted on the _first_ partition of your transflash card formatted as ext3, so remember to backup your TF
