Mobile Phone died by flashing :( need help

Hello everybody,

today I tried to flash my a780, but it failed.

after this nothing goes!

black schreen, no bootloader nothing!

Is there a solution to replace to bootloader and reflash my mobilephone?

I think your battery must be discharged completely while Flashing so this time charge your battery full and then flash

Well charge your battery (if you don't have extra charging source then use external battery charger)

then flash your phone I hope this time it will complete successfully

I installed the drivers and the rsd lite, but it doesnt go, because my windows 7 says me when I connect the phone it is a unknown device

Well switch your phone to flash mode sorry but I don't know the key combinations to do that

then connect your phone to USB cable start RSD lite then it should detect your phone as flash or Motorola device but it should detect then you can try flashing it

The bootloader mode is for reflashing with Motorola's own PST software.
A780:
phone must be turned off first....


Press down both the Jog dial Button on the left side of the phone and the camera button on the right.......

while holding both those buttons press the power button at the same time...

to turn on the phone and intiate bootloader mode....

The bootloaderis not working, I need to replace the bootloader first, but I dont know how?

One last thing you can do:

-Remove the battery
-Press the 3 Buttons for the bootloader
-insert the battery
i know this is difficult with only 2 hands

make sure your battery is not empty.

Yeah that realy helps if the phone want switch on with the other bootloader move. So try this!

I guess an empty battery too. Explains that flashing failed and that the phone doesn't switch on.
