How to Save and Load in GBA ? help

I play Havest Moon , I can't save game , and load , how to Q Save and Q load ,

Camera button + Camera button ( push camera button twice ) ==> Save
If you have VBA with FE, just choose your rom from the list and it will bring you to the last screen where you saved it.
