neo cd emulator??when?

when will we have neo cd emulator, i think it`s one of the best emulator that available for PSP, pc engine and sega master system doesn`t has any good game,the graphic is low too..

you can download at oopsware website . it neo geo cd emulator . No sound but you can play cool games (eg. metal slug bla bla bla)

yeah it's really cool, can't believe we can play mame and neo geo cd with our phone.
