    Default ButtonGame for ezx80

    port this small demo game from gp2x today
    enjoy!!

    Controls:
    Up, Down, Left, Right, according to the request.
    VolUp/Down should work for both phones.
    Any key to restart game when game's over.
    and Camera to Quit.
