Try to reinstall the flashkit. Read the manual at Development forum and copy it once again to you TF card. If you want to flash kernel then you have to look for a modified version by Aleksei.

After you copy flashkit to TF, do you have this folder tree?

    /mmc/mmca1/flashkit
    │ loop.o
    │ miniroot.cramfs
    │ README.txt
    │ rwflash.o
    │ rwflash.sh
    │ start.sh

we faced the same problem as you on the spanish forum.
We got the same error than you :

    # cd /mmc/mmca1/flashkit
    # ./start.sh
mount: mount point miniroot does not exist
    cd: can't cd to miniroot
mount: mount point ./tmp does not exist
mount: mount point ./var does not exist
mount: mount point ./proc does not exist
mount: mount point dev/pts does not exist

It was due to the fact that the guy deleted the 2 empty folders that you have in the flashkit folder, I mean : flashkit & miniroot.
Maybe this is the solution to your problem.

yeah! and not only once but many times... this is yet a typical error

    UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Delete, move or edit ANY of the contents, either files or folders, full or empty , of the flashkit folder.

It has been sometimes confusing that the flashkit folder contains inside another flashkit folder.
This is correct, and the inner flashkit folder has to be left untouched.

The outer flashkit folder, the one that contains the whole stuff (including the inner flashkit folder) has to be put, and this is critical!!!!!, on the root of the transflash, never inside a folder!!!!

Therefore, the absolute path for the flashkit folder has to be:
    /mmc/mmca1/flashkit

In 100% of the cases (at least on the spansh forum) after carefully sticking to the above exposed commnets, flashkit worked like a charm...
    Gelobt sei was Hart macht...
