FM Radio on A768 ?

I think the E680 cmes with a built in FM Radio. It would be gr8 if we could port it over to A768 also.
Does anyone know about the technicalities involved? Does the E680 have any radio hardware that A768 does not? If there is no h/w requirement then it must be possible.
Anyone out there tried this?

as far as I know, the radio transmitter is embedded with the special headphone that comes with E680. when you plug this headphone into the phone it detects that radio transmitter and provides an interface to control it.

no. you can plug any 2.5mm jack into it and play, then remove the jack after putting loudspeaker
