Strange Battery Behavior

I have a new A1600 and my battery meter has only ever displayed 100% 50% or 20%. So at some point in use it will jump from 100% to 50%. Also when displaying 50% it will jump to 20% if I plug in the charger. Has anybody else noticed this strange behavior or is it perhaps a faulty battery.

it is right!
i dont know more about a1600 but it is same as ming or e6 then it's not faulty or strange.
the battery shows 100%,50%,20% then 5% as low battery.

Me too noticed that it only shows 100%,50%,20%,and 5%...

the a1200 goes from 100, 60, 50, 20, 5% and you'll only ever catch it on 60% if you look at it right before it's about to lose a bar. it's normal

this is not strange but normal behavior since battery meter is not analog it cant show all the levels. it displays 100 % when the level is 75% and 50% when below this and above 35% and similarly. so its normal.
