photo clarity is dependant on 3 things:
1. Lens
2. Sensor
3. Processing software.
On the MING:
1. Lens=Crap(phillips)
2. Sensor=Crap
3. Processing software=crap
Shutter speed and aperture influence the amount of light allowed onto the sensor, through the lens. All an increase in shutter speed would do would be to decrease light onto the sensor, resulting in crappier images, but it would reduce the "shake" and blurred photos.
