Help with Eakrins new sking installer please

I have intalled it as it suggests and am struggling to get it to work. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this and if they were successful can u please give more instructions please. thank you.,

so u r problem is u can't run it>
i think u missed something:
"How to install splash screen by splash installer
1. in File program tap and hold on .phm file until popup menu appear.
2. select open with menu
3. select splash installer and check in use this program to open. and tap on ok button.
4. for A780/E680i splash installer 'll display dialog "Install xxxx.phm" after installation complete dialog "install complete" 'll appear. for A1200 skin installer play peep sound to start install and play installation complete after finish.appear.
5. restart phone to completely change to new splash.

PS. for ccmove's A1200 skin that does not have phm file use ccmove_Splash.phm to install splash by copy ccmove_Splash.phm into the same folder as power on and off animation files."

Thanks for ur help gurneek. but i am still having the same problem. so i am trying to install the orange skin on mototheme website. so i tranfer the folder into my transflash card into a folder called themes, then i open themes/orange/****.pskn until i hear installation complete, then do the same with ccmove.phm file with splash until installation complete, then i restart phone. And all that changes is the new theme is the default theme with lots of black areas where nothing is there areas like the scorll bar on the sde work but are balcked out so u cant see anything. I dont have the .lin file anywhere in my transflash card. but it says that you dont need it. SO can u see any errors in my method. please let me know and thanks for ur help.

long time i changed my theme but u should have ****.lin file too open that with linloader or superman

hi, need more help from others please. I am reluctant to intall linloader because i have to uninstall all the other apps. I am not sure about superman. BUt the reason i want to use this installer is because eakrin has made some other software that was reliable before and also the discription says it does not need linloader. CAn someone help please. anyway thanks for your help gurneek, appreciate the effort. THanks for others who help.
