Google Calendar to Ming Calendar

I store all my appointments in Gcal since it allows my friends to see what I am upto on certain days. I can also put reminders for birthdays and other events in my life. Now I want to figure out a way to sync my phone calendar with my calendar in google. The ming allows importing of csv files AFAICT and google calendar only exports to iCal. Does someone have a solution to this?

Also all day everts show up in my calendar but not on the startup page of my phone. Can I do something to fix this?

if u can sync google calnder with ur pc> then u can sync with your phone...(not sure)
n for startup screen on ur phone,
setup > home screen setup > check "next events" in Home items
