USB mass storage

For some reason I can't get the phone to go into USB mode, I mean before when I plugged in the usb cable into the phone and into my laptop the phone was recognized by my computer as another HDD, but after upgrading to 8p this no loger is being recognized, any idea why?

I do have the phone setup under setup as USB mode, but still not working.

try another usb port, if this not work restart phone, thing u have already done think, if this still doesn't work go to control panel and add new hardware wizard to search for devices that has been connected and has not been installed, maybe it will help...
