solved!!!!help!! can't install skins with superman on 30p46p

can someone help me please, i can't manage to install skins with superman or linloader on 30p46p i click on the .lin file but nothing happens, wait a while restart phone and no skin... help me please.

superman is for backup/restore your system.

I think linloader is included in 30p46p.

Use ekconsole and run your script ther in order to see errors.

Superman replaces Linloader, MPKG and if I'm not mistaken, the skins and themes installer, along with MTF app... So, it should work, but you're right, EKONSOLE is good so you can see your script errors (if any)...

when u open ur lin file with ghost does anything comes up??
i tried it on my phn it doesn't give any sound with ghost. just a pop up comes up sayin"running shell......." etc n then reboot ur phn>..

how to use ekonsole to check if the script has errors don't know how to use it.

when k use superman/ghost it says runing shell, there is no sound so i wait for bout 1 min restart phone and nothing happens.

can u tell which lin file r u using mayb ur lin file is not workin coz of syntax error>

it's not the lin file, i installed the same skin in my older fw 57p, downloaded it from mototheme

Install eKconsole, run it and a black screen apear with a "#" prompt, that measn you are in "the" phone console

use pwd to see the directory where you are

use cd to change to directory

find your script (usually in /mmc/mmca1 )

run it ( sh script.lin )

see the stdout for errors

ekonsole would say acces denied when trying to open a directory, but i know the file is correct because i installed it on a 08p fw phone and works. thanks for helping. has anybody installed skins on 30p46p other than the iphone?

found skininstaller to install .pksn files without th need to use the .lin file in here
