Oopsware has changed his mind to continue the development of gpSP for E6/A1200 and has just released an updated version. Not only that, he has also posted the gpSP E6 & other GPL source code here.

我已经开放了所有移植作品的源码，按照GPL的规范，这是我必须遵守的。
事情搞成这样，已经再没有理由能解释我不想违反GPL的初衷，这已经太晚了。

意识到再不能逃避，我必须向所有人承认我的过失！我必须向 Phantom8 说
抱歉，也希望自己能代表所有攻击过 Phantom8 的人说抱歉。只有这样做，才
能使我从这几日的内疚和不安中摆脱出来。并请求所有攻击过 Phantom8 的
朋友能修改自己的帖子。只有这样才能使我过好这几天的长假。我希望大家
能够接受 Phantom8 ，我也了解到了 Phantom8 的本意。不敢奢望能跟他变为
朋友，只求能尽快化解这次分歧的敌对局面。

GPL功不可没，我也呼吁所有开发者遵守GPL，不要再犯类似错误。可能还有
人无法理解，这也只能解释为中国的传统道德观念和西方意识的不同。

First, let me apologizes to all victims in this unpleasent event. Sorry.

I've now followed the GPL requirement and released source code for all of my ports. I must strictly adhere to this requirement. I've no more excuses to elaborate my reason of not following the GPL initially. This is just too late. When more people treated Phantom8 as a hero who fights against a villain like me, I realize I can no longer hide. I must admit my mistake to all of you. I must also apologize to Phantom8. Only by doing this, I can release myself from the guilt. I would also like to ask all those people who had attacked Phantom8 to revise their posts. Only by doing this will make me feel better during this long coming vacation. I hope everyone can accept Phantom8. I now understand Phantom8's intention. I'm not dare to make friend with him, but I hope this unpleasent event can be resolved soon.

GPL contribution to the community cannot be dismissed. I sincerely ask all developers to meet the GPL requirement and don't make the same mistake as myself. Maybe some of you still don't understand all this, it's probably due to the moral and cultural differences between China and western countries.

After reading oopsware's post at ccmove, I must say I admire his willingness to rectify the mistakes and do the right thing. It's not easy for a person to admit his own fault and make all necessary rectifications. For this, oopsware is a truely incredible and respectful developer. I've seen some developers who had stopped further development 'cos of similar GPL violation. Now, oopsware not only release the source code to all his ports, he also keeps on developing gpSP for E6/A1200 for the great of the community. He now has my highest respect. I don't consider myself anything near a hero. In fact, oopsware has proved himeself to be just one. Not only did he keep on releasing those wonderful software to our lovely phones, but also making a road model out of himself to show the world we can all fix our own shortcomings. On behalf of the whole community, I would like to say thank you!
