The Anyview application reads pdb files - you can find more information about it and links in the top of the FAQ's. I have it on my phone and it works great.

However - be warned - the menus are in Chinese (no English version available ) - but it only took me about 15 min to figure out what each of the menu items meant - and to open and read files you only need to remember to select the top menu item.

it took to you only 15 minutes, but I have 5 days and I can't figure it out how to open a single file.

could you please post some screen shots in order to see and take a look the path and follow you?

I would like to open this file.

    Could you open it?

I downloaded the file and tried to open it with AnyView but no luck - it just came up with a blank screen.

But here are two screenshots of Anyview of the two main menus that Anyview has - with my translations next to them - so you can try to use it yourself.

Basically to display them you start the app then stroke up on the screen with the stylus.

    • If you stroke up on main part of screen you get what I call the main menu where you can open a file as well as set screen orientation.

    • If you stroke up starting in grey area at bottom of screen you get what I call the Setting menu where you can change the font and screen colours; set and jumpt to "bookmarks"; etc.

[I remember which is which as usually do not use the menu with the numbers 1 and 2 in circles on the menu]

Start off by selecting "Open File" menu and a file menu will appear so you can select the dir and file you want. (Once you have opened the file once then you can use "Recent Files" enu to quickly re-open it).

Once you have your doc opened you navigate by tapping near bottom of screen for Page Down or top of screen for Page Up. (You can page very rapidly). For large docs you can use the Jump to xx% menu - it is a slider popup (eg 50% takes you to halfway).

Bookmarks allow you to make placeholders for pages in the doc and then jump back to them quickly - but as several submenus to do that do not use them.

Some of the other options also have submenus - but this should be enough to get you started I hope!
