Can anybody suggest how to install iphone theme on Motorola A1200?
I have tried to install the theme from iphone.theme file with Themes installer and it was working. My bootup and shutdown screen were changed. But when I installed skin from skin installer using iPhone.pskn it didn't worked. Please find structure of files in iPhone themes

Can anybody help me out how to install this skin on my Motorola A1200 with this all evens

normally iphone run very well but you have two ways.

First
the lin file (you use the lin file and normally this skin is not the true iphone skin but a similar call newmac iphone. If your version is the real iphone skin please upload here because a lot of persons like me search this one in lin file)

Second
the real iphone skin and this one is only available in MTF file.....
(you can find easely every upload in the forum by the search function!)


Witch firmware you have ?
I'm not a specialist like alpha but i remember some skin dont run with some firmware. If you have install already your skin and now it doesnt run anymore sometimes we have this problem. it need to delete everything ad reinstall everything (mpkg, skin thems installer, and of course themes).

It this is my version of the release, make sure you have linloader installed and then just click the iPhone.lin and wait till your hear a dingdong, be very very careful not to click twice, I normally just wait like 2 minutes after the dingdong before I restart to make sure. Then Reboot.

I have clicked the .lin file twice. Heard a dingdong sound and rebooted.
Now I am unable to boot the phone.

Any help is highly appreciated.

you might have clicked in the lin file twice which installed the theme twice and filled up the internal memory of the phone.


refer to the FAQ's

• Phone Freezes on Startup

If your phone hangs when turning it on - freezing on either the motorola screen or startup wall paper of theme and if you have recently installed or changed your skin or theme then, unfortunately, what has happened is that you have filled up the phones memory and it no longer has enough space needed to reboot.

Even if you try to turn it off using the red power key, it will just beep and do nothing. The only way to turn it off is to take out the battery.

Section F Changing Skins in the Guide to Modding Your A1200 sticky has a more detailed explanation of what has gone wrong - but the only solution to this is to reflash your phone's firmware. Refer to the Guide for Flashing your A1200 on instructions on how to do that.
