    Default Using Data plan...

If you have pop3 set up to get your email, does it use the data plan? I currently have Cingular 5MB data plan, wondering if I will go over from checking my email thx.

How much do you pay for 5mbs? i think you should just get the media net plan for 20 and you should be set for unlimited access.

POP accounts do use up your data transfer. In India, the best way is to get either an unlimited plan or to choose one with a better download rates. I would suggest that while you setup your account, you get to set the size of message in receive options.

there, choose 64K so that the bigger messages won't be downloaded. you would know if you have an important message and then you can go to nearest desk to check your mails.

there is no way to bypass it otherwise. none that i know of!!
