[HELP] Motorola A1200 Freeze / Hang / Crash for Unknown Reason (Charging) Random Time

Hi all,
I realize that there are no more active user here. In my country, a1200 is countable with fingers.
But human always tried to their last, right?
Okay, here's my problem...
I have bought an used a1200 from local online shop 2 weeks ago
Due to tight schedule I tried it one week later,
I found an annoying problem...
The phone is always crash in the middle of the night while standby... (I rarely turn off phone)
I googling in frustration w/o result then I have idea of time format to be changed.
The next midnight, the phone is shut down itself but it can be turned without removing battery like usual.
I assume to play with auto power off setting. TADA! Working... Muy bian... Nice I thoguh

BUT it is only after the phone "crash / hang / freezing" problem came up again...
This time it is only when charging. The phone completely freeze randomly sometime hours after charging somehow it could be anytime, minutes, seconds. Evem right after it...
Leave in frustration in google, I asking online mobile phone service.
They suggest it is caused "fatigue" capacitor... But they need to check my phone directly but I can'( because the location is 300 miles from my place now...

I try to use radiocomm (ATLAS ReaderY but didn't even know what the value mean... And I can check my phone with it...
FYI, I have tried to flash 2 f/w that is still left for H2 track (0.8p and 44)
But no good satisfied result... So I try bint 53p with Radiocomm (usually I use rdslite)
And it has been 2 hours charging without freezing

Is it just coincidince? Or maybe there's something faulty?
Is it hardware or software problem? Can I check it with radiocomm to be sure if it's not h/w probleem?
Can it be solved for sure? Or is what I done is right?

Sorry long thread because I have been waiting days to be allowed to post it finally...

I don't know if it might be helpful.
My "Freezing" issue is fixed but I still have another weird problem that has been unsolved.
I don't know about what the aetiology is, maybe remained idiopathic
But if you have problem like I described above, maybe you can try these steps:

1 try to flash to stock ROM (or people here called it firmware) using RSDLite 4.5.5 (prevent BPS_not_ready issue)
- stock firmware (most is not generic, but it's okay just change the language)

2. If you don't mind of your A1200 track, flash to this version (some report that flashing to 08p cause this charging issue)

it is C2 track fw. Once you flash it to C2, you can't go back to H2

3. Try Ekonsol + Swtool by Kundan (try google) or charger apps by kundan http://www.mediafire.com/?xd5cglo6f4fjd5y
How to install it? please install smartAss first, if the phone give fail notif when you try to install it (google it)

4. I always flash and charge the phone many times using point 3, it might not work first time, but after several times, it works.

Now the phone is not freezing, but my phone always draining the battery fast especially after the battery reach the second and first bar (only last hours) update soon, if anybody help... (I'm going to open new thread)
