cingular mms-cant send photos-please help!

i can receive mms messages just fine but can't send them. i have talked to tech support and they say all of my settings are correct and my account is set up to receive mms. i can log onto media net just fine also.

what is wrong with my phone?!!!

when i go into message menu --> service setup --> multimedia message --> cingular mms profile, this is what i see:

profile name: cingular mms
mmsc: http:/mmsc.cingular.com
max sending size: 30k
network profile: media net

has anyone else had this problem? what else can i do to trouble shoot? please help! this is very annoying. phone has great camera but i can't send any photos!

did you mean 30k or 300k?

Because I took 3 pictures in small (800x600) large (1024x76 and extra large (1600x1200) and came up with 34k, 95k, and 140k respectively...

So if you're setting is at 30k, your file would be too big to send. Mine only has 300 as a setting, 50k is the smallest. Check your file size...

otherwise it may be just cingular (I have them too) haven't been able to send large pictures, but that may not be possible...

Did you mean http://mmsc.cingular.com or did you mean to have just one / ?

it only gives me the 30k option, and i end up resizing the photos every time i want to send and mms to try to get it to send. even when the message is only 5k, i still can't get it to go through..
