Motoming A1200 flashing help

hi there,

I bricked my ming yesterday. I tried flashing with .08p with RSD lite, but i get some error. A 'fail' message is displyed in the RSD lite. And now its difficult to get the phone in boot mode. It is just blank dead.

I bought the phone in India. What firmware version do sets here have ? I am sorry that i didnt check the version before i flashed.

Please advice how to proceed.

hey i checked my friend s firmware who also bought from India.

His firmware version says :

R532H2_G_11.20.12PBP

and i coudnt find any firmware with "12PBP" in the forums . Please help ! Can i flash with 08p or 46p ?

have you tried to plug the phone in to charge for a little while.

So tell me, if you try to power the phone what happens?

Anyway as i said charge the battery a bit.. even if it doesnt look like it charging it is trust me.

Anyway try the process after its been charged for at least 20 minutes.

I tried charging the phone. But the red boot mode comes on when i put on charger. I charged however for 2 hours. After that i tried to power the phone - no response. I tried to put it in boot mode - the red light come and blnks and then its dead.

Any idea ? And what about my doubt abt the firware which i listed ? Alpha an u help me on this ?

Well, I think you should try 08p. hopefully it will work. Also i would consider getting your phone repaired in case it cant be flashed.. Because flashing is the only thing you can do to possibly save your phone.

i dn't konw it wil work or not u can try..

take out ur battary for 2 min
put the charger properly
n then just the batty back in usally phn start offline on its own dn't pwer up let it power up it self n if that doesn't work ur phn is in warranty so just go to any motorola for the fix

Ya, i think its a better idea to go to the motorola service centre and check.
