Battery charging indication

Hi can anyone tell me when we comes to know that motoming battery is fully charged.

since it shows 100% after 1 hr charging from 0%.

motorola L7 shows charge complete message , this motoming does not shows any suchmessages?????

When the battery is truly fully charged it will display a "Fully Charged" message on screen.
