OTA Sync services...?

Do any of you guys know of a OTA server that does calendars? I'm currently using mobical...but it doesn't let me upload vCal/iCal files to sync with my phone. >_<and>_>....

Anyone know of a easier way to sync the calendar? or even if you know of a OTA service that will sync with Google Calendar AND our beloved Ming.

I use scheduleworld, and it synchronize perfectly with google calendar.
You can sync calendar, addressbook and tasks.
