Default Call Control Is Allowed Message !!!!!!!!

Can anybody tell me if there is a setting to be removed. For the following message I get every time I place a call. " CALL CONTROL IS ALLOWED !" Please Note that the phone still dials the number. But does take a little more time.

What firmware do you have? I had the same problem with my phone w/ stock 53p firmware.
I get rid of the msg by flashing my phone to generic 08p

If you flash to 08p, you can flash to other versions. Read the sticky "Guide to Flashing your A1200" which goes into great detail about which versions you can flash to/from.

Call control is a telco thing, it's a good thing and it doesn't hurt anything. I also have 53P generic, so I get this as well, doesn't bug me. I dont' think it's worth losing 53P generic over. Of course that is all personal perf really.

But to answer your question there is no magic setting that I"m aware of, only solution if it bothers you that much is to change firmwares.

This is true but goo luck finding un modified generic firmwares higher then 46P. And most of the modded firmwares were branded, and have just had the branding removed which doesn't IMHO make them generic, be more of a debranded firmware.

Thanks Guys I'll wait to flash my firmware, when some new ones come up. The only thing that sucks about this firmware is the VR. It never dials my numbers.
