Memory Full, cannot free it...

I am now at memory full... I cannot seem to do anything to decrease memory usage. I erased all my SMS messages, lots of files from my mini SD card, but nothing, memory usage does not go down. I only have Gmail client installed. My firmware is .08P.

Any ideas?

Look in phone memory in folders: My Images, My audio, My video

If you cam and/or voice recorder is set to save in phone memory and you accidently start a record in your pocket or so, these apps fill up your memory with dark pics/video or funny voice records

used:3,7Mb
free: 4,2Mb
6 folder
13 files

But i see each folder and i have nothing in.
So i wonder what are those 13 files? and how can i delete?

Applications? (If you have a TransFlash/MicroSD card in, you may want to reinstall your applications onto that instead)

Otherwise, follow these instructions to get a login shell on your phone, and use standard UNIX/Linux commands (e.g. "df -k", "du -k /ezx_usr /ezxlocal", "cd", "ls -la") to view the contents of the /ezx_usr and /ezxlocal directories).

you are right mate, i didnt know when i intall a app (even in TF) it holds on the phone memory.
btw: all taht telnet things, are too much for me knolodge
