If sometimes u call motorola customer service in the US, if u reach the one in Argentina (for US Service we have another in Puerto Rico, and in Filipines... the last one sucks haha) our rules, ask for Gabriel the agent with the MotoMing hahahhaha, im famous too. I sent my phone to HK. Sent it air shipping.. 2 days, and they sent it back for free.
They were very nice to me there. I had a contact send it to them.
Very nice people.
