New needs Help with A 1200

Well, I went to the mall today and a young boy at the T-mobile Kiosk took the setting that I gave him fromt he list and I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!!!!!!

Have not tried the picture message yet, but he put in all those coordinates also, so I hope it's o.k.

Next question - which of the downloads that came with the phone should I do first. The Dictonary or the Phone Tools.

Is it easy to do?

Can someone walk me through the download for the Phone Tools.

i'm not a big fan of the dictionary, you install phone tools on your PC so that you can transfer files and format things for your phone. i'd be happy to help you through it. also try not to start a new thread each time you post, makes it easier to follow the conversation :0)

no apology needed!! glad your excited, i've had my ming for 4 months now and am excited everytime i use it. as a matter of fact EVERYONE that sees it LOVES it and several friends have bought them now (argh(&*^$%# now i'll have to get something that they don't have)

I've been home from work for a month with a back problem. I go back tomorrow and I'm sure at least two people are going to drool over the phone. Husband got it first and I loved it, so he got me one. He really just wants to send pictures, call people and listen to radio. If I can learn to download MP3's, I'll surprise him.

nope, you can use the file transfer feature in motorola phone tools to get your mp3's onto your phone. that's the easies way to do it quickly although there are many other ways to do it.
