Help? Change in Motorola Phone Tools...

I was able to upload music and files from my phone to my computer or vice versa before. But now something seemed to change? The interfacing seems different and the phone menu display has Synchronization, Calendar, Txt Message, and Multimedia Studio buttons disabled and faded while Phonebook and Internet connection works. I probably updated the program without notice... I tried reinstalling but it's not the same.
It doesn't seem connected with my computer on the My Computers window (I could do it manually before too) ... but it seems to be connected with the phone display menu.

The main thing is music. I need to upload songs Anyone know how to fix?

if u r using A1200m, no need to use MPT. just change phone's usb mode to mass storage then use your phone as a mass storage device. You can copy, move, delete or whatever you want with windows explorer. You can only do that with memory card in the phone

P/s: if u wanna change usb mode. Choose setting-> usb mode-> mass storage-> save

For the phone to read mpt ( Motorola phone tools) your usb settings in the phone need to be in modem.

Also check your version of mpt to see if its out of date?
