New voicemail alert when power on

When I power up my phone I get the new voicemail alert every time. This happens even if I have no voicemail. It will also send me a blank text msg. when I check voicemail. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help.

Ok am I the only one that has ever had this problem?

My A1200 has 53P Firmware/Kernel and it does the same after it's rebooted.
