Orkut on Opera Browser

Hi there,
I was just wondering whether you can open Orkut.com on the Opera Browser embedded in the A1200..if not how can you?
My other phone...N91..actually has a generic S60 browser..which seems to open any damn site on the internet and even display flash animations..

Also are there any media players for the MING other than the real player..IMHO..Real sucks!!!

Yeah funny when i tried to login i received a message that cookies must be activated, but they are already! Anyway, opera mini works with orkut wthout a problem.

is opera mini better than the oem version of opera 8.0? if so why? has anyone figured out how to upgrade to opera 8.65 or 9.0?

Opera mini is better because it renders pages faster as it first compresses the webpage to a format of mobile liking. You can't do an upgrade for installed Opera browser yourself, it has to be included in a firmware upgrade (that is if Motorola updates it).

so if i install opera mini will that replace 8.0 or will i have both also will i be able to go back if for any reason i don't like it? also, how do I get it to ignore WAP sites?

The built in Opera browser is never replaced. Opera mini is a java application, you just install it and if you didn't like it you simply uninstall it, this will not affect the Opera browser on the phone in any way.
