Touch screen gone whacky plz help

My touch screen seems to be getting "input" without me actually touching the screen. The major problem with this is that when i try to access something, it interferes with what i am doing. I try to select something and then it starts CHOOSING things for me... I have tried turning off-on the phone, removing the battery and putting it back in, and i have tried master reset... just in case i accidentally did something stupid without knowing it. Well, its still being weird and i dont know if its a faulty screen or something... I havent tried flashing the phone or anything....yet.... any ideas on what might be causing the screen to go crazy?

when i first posted this, when it was hooked up USB, i wasnt having problems, but now i am... this is driving me nuts!!!

Have you tried a screen calibration?

yeah, i tried that and it didnt change anything... still acting weird on me.

dude... i had the same problem.... just contact the service guys... its a faulty screen/.....
