List the steps you took in order to connect it and bond.

i turned the BT on in the phone then put the headset in pair mode then clicked search for the device on the phone , it found the device and asked me if i want to bond i bonded it it sais connected with the headset(zen-470) , and i can use it ok , except that it keeps disconnecting and saying disconnected from headset(zen-470) , then i have to go to my phone and try to bond again since it keeps disconnecting every 3-5 minutes

It happens with some BT headset, it's probably not a problem with A1200 but your BT headset. I have previously owned a OMIZ headset that disconnects and I have to manually connect it every time, it's so tedious I never used it again.

Now with the motorola HT820 I have, even if it disconnects, it will reconnect automatically when the connection is back, so once in a while you loose connection when you go to an area where jams your BT, once you're out of that area, the connection goes back automatically.

Same thing happened to me when I updated from .08p to 24xp. My stereo HT820 BT doesn't stay connected. Some bug in the firmware I think. The firmware is great otherwise. As for a fix.. probably not until an updated firmware is released.
