speakerphone function donts works with flip close seem edit?

Im trying to do the SEEM edit so i can use the speakerphone win closed
I tryed this but sill not working :

Element ID:0032
record #:0001
offset: 008A
length:0001
Click on RDELEM
Change DATA read from $40 to $44
Click on STELEM

Im using FW Bint's .53p_plus3 . 53Pv3

Has any one found a working SEEM edit that will let me do this

It has been reported that it only works with 06P and 08P firmwares.
