I've been messing with the volume for certain things, by editing the .cfg file.

However, it looks to me as though the .mid file for text notifications and the .mp3 for ringtones are linked. That is, turn up the volume for one, and the other goes up. Problem is, I can either have the ringtone volume too low, and the text notification just right, or the ringtone the right level, and the text notification too high.

I've got the text notification set to notification.mid. I like the sound, but the volume is too high and I want it lower.

So what I'm looking to do is take that file from the phone, edit it on my computer so it is a lower volume, and put it back on the phone. I've been fishing around for a while now, and can't find where the file is to copy it to the card and then to my computer.

So can anyone give me the path where the ringtones and stuff are on the phone?
