Can someone please help.

I have asked this question many times but no one seems to want to answer.

Can the recording volume be increased??

I have had the thing very close and it is still very quite.

How can you go to meetings and record the meeting??

I just thought I would add it is the same when you record a video, yet the rest of the phone is loud.
Radio, music telephone ring all loud.
