There's not much to do in order to have it working. Setup the Data Connection (click and hold until a menu shows up; go to properties and set the Data Connection there) for whatever connection you have available (I setup my own connection since the phone did not come pre-configured for T-Mobile.

Notice that the service supporting MSN was down for the past few weeks and got up again in the last days.

I have t-mobile tzones. I am able to connect to the internet surf the web download email and do everything except for connect to MSN. I was able to do so with IM+ but everytime I try to log in on MSN it says "No response. please try again later!".

Also, why is the IM window always dimmed and says offline?

    Please help!

    Thanks

That was the response that I was getting in the past few weeks. Have you tried recently? I'll check if there's any problems using T-Zones instead of the T-Mobile Web.

I am still getting the same error. Everything works on my A1200 using T-Mobible's T-Zones (internet, email, google, etc) except for MSN. I made sure that I chose the correct data connection for MSN. Am I missing something? Please help!

    Thanks!

same problem with my A1200 too. Mine is using Tmobile Tzone as well. I guess T-Zone is cheaper than Tweb, so some port that is used for MSN is blocked. Just my guess. Anyone here can access msn by Tmobile Tzone ?

Here is what's posted in T-Mobile site:
"t-zones is where you go to buy ringtones, wallpapers, or games to personalize your phone. It is FREE to visit t-zones; there are no data or airtime charges.

T-MobileWeb gives access to more detailed information such as e-mail, news, movies, weather, stocks and more! T-MobileWeb charges a Monthly Access Fee."

I looks like it may not work with only t-zones. T-MobileWeb is about $5/mo, so it may be worth it.

Any way to make it not show others on MSN that you're using a mobile device?

I called Tmobile this morning and asked them to switch mine (was Tzone 2 years ago) to T-MobileWeb. They did it but surprisingly I saw my online account plan having "T-Mobileweb" rather than "Tzone" before the change. And the customer rep told me both are most the same. Unfortunetly, he was right. Even after I switched to T-MobileWeb, msn still can not log in.

Is anyone here with T-MobileWeb able to login msn? Please help.
