Need Info about Ming

Well i know this would be a most dumb thing to ask...

actually i am totally confused after looking at so many topics about this phone...
i am planning to get a Ming by next week.... (just managed to salvage some money from my savings ).. i had a Moto E398 earlier... i have done all kinds of modding in that with the help of you guys... cause i was in constant touch abt the latest software and mods that happened...

but with ming i am not sure abt any of them... cause there are so many topics i have no clue from where to start modding ...or how to start modding... cause in E398 there were step by step guide on modding...

so if any of you guys can help me out on what to do first as soon as i get the mobile it would be better...
i am from india>chennai... so if anyone can help me out in the rates also it would be good....

PS:... i found this site from motomodders... and this site rocks man... its more pleasant and clean with less graphics

Well welcome to the forums. First off you will probly want to change the firmware.

Then after mabye install Zplayer or Zoomplayer ( cant remeber the full name) to play your videos.

After changes or add themes.

Mod the phone to fix small little bugs like Audio control etc etc.

Get a bigger memory card.

And also get your MMS setting for your carrier in india.

Other than that its easy like the P2k phones like E398 , E1 , V3 etc etc.

and by the way... i live in india... do you think that you can ship it here... but the other problem might be the rates... and the service provider.... i am not sure if those would help..

hey cool... nice place... i have never seen a hurricane...

and the good news guys... i ve got a black ming... and it looks awesome... costed 17000 Rs... so in $-380.... a bit costly i guess....


ok... so wats the first step... what software should i use... and i want to increase the volume... how do i access the gain table.. the sound is too low...
