What is the difference between unbranded and China mobile???? I am curious how do tell the difference so I can check mine.... Even though my box says China Mobile and I don't have any problems....

I got the same CG34 error, were you actually able to use the phone? Mine only works with the flip closed. When opened you can't click on anything its pretty much frozen.

Broken:

China Mobile version has the On and Off screens that say China Mobile, the unbranded ones dont. Also they have different icons for some programs. Other than that I believe they are largely the same.

yes it did , also i was able to make calls and everything w/o problem... talking about the frozen screen .. i had that problem before with other firmwares... and i'm trying to figure out why

There are two types of firmware. One Being Generic, the other being Branded. China mobile is branded firmware, And generic is straight from Motorola. You have Generic firmware.

Yeah, I was just finding it funny that my phone came in a China Mobile White box.... but was unbranded firmware..

I'd stick with 08p for now, wait until bint releases a modified 57P then we will see. This one fails a CRC, it barely worked on my phone. Im sticking with bint's modified 08p for now.
