If the person you bought it from stated 512 then yes you would get it i presume. Only thing I got with my phone stated was 2 batteries, the headset, charger, and the phone.

There's a premium package and a standard package. The standard package includes a 128mb card and 1 CD while the premium has 2 CDs and a 512mb card

Yes there is price diffrences. As for the 2 packs there accually more than 2 packs.

Some with 2 batterys and 2 styluses. Other wil have 2 stylus and 1 battery and 2cd. Some with 1 stylus 1 battery and 1 cd.

Memory changes alot alos.

At first there were only two packages, a standard one and a deluxe one.
The standard package contained 2CDs, extra stylus, one battery and 128MB card and stereo headphones. While the deluxe package contained 4CDs, extra stylus, 2 batteries, 512MB card, stereo headphones, desktop charger and a screen protector. The deluxe package is no more officially released.
After a while distributors started to tamper with the packages, added stuff (like bluetooth headphones, case, etc.) or even removed stuff (like some packages were missing the memory card).
Nowadays you will find a lot of different packages containing different combined stuff, but the most standard of them all will contain: either 1 or 2 CDs, extra stylus, one battery and either 128MB or 512MB card.
