Installing Radiocomm

I tried to install Radiocomm using this thread...

I downloaded it, but my computer won't even install the program. It doesn't recognize the .rar file. Anyone have any ideas??

Anyone have any idea? I'd like to figure out how to do the seem edit so I can get rid of my blank text messages from voicemails.

Alright so you d.led the file, Did you unrar the file using Winrar or Winzip?

I tried using Winzip. Should I use Winrar? Where can I get it?

EDIT: Nevermind...found Winrar. I didn't know such a program existed. Thanks again for the help!! Now I just need to figure out how to seem edit this voicemail thing.
