cant play videos wtf?!?

ok i really need to go to sleep for work tomorrow so im just going to ask..

im guessing the stock realplayer sux because i cant play any videos on it.. i tired dragging my own video files directly onto the card via sd reader and when i try to open it in the phone i cant even find it through realplayer or anywhere else. this is just a regular video such as a music video downloaded from whutever program like bear share... so whats the deal here.. any help ? oh also when i try to use the multimedia software and connect my fone via usb well the software just doesnt recognize the video file. something a bout proper codecs.. im sorry i suck with this stuff

It can only play .rm and .3gpp, so if you put any other format it will not be detected by real player. If you need to play avi files then you need zmplayer (search for it in the forum).

wow that sux ok thanks.. i dont anything about installing any new programs or any of that in my phone.. im happy enuff that i got my net and mms working.. ok do you kno any program that would change mp4s and such to those file types?.. im so sorry but i work 7 days a week and i have almost no time to go online except browse this forum.. i use nero ultra edition to convert most of my vid files to mp4, around 320x240 res. then i use zmplayer and it works pretty good.
